*We often get asked about meal sizes. A Medium is perfect for me (a female hiker, even on tough Rim of Africa type hikes). A Large – think more hungry man-sized. And then High Performance options with added quinoa – excellent for growing teenage boys and ultra lengthy, tough, cold hikes! I hope this helps.

This Warm North African cous-cous is the perfect light, yet fulling, meal while on trail or just at home looking for a delicious lunch! Easy to prepare and scrumptious to eat.

Loved this dish – so quick to prepare and a burst of flavours which is always such a treat after a long day on trail. I found it slightly sweet with the dates and apricots so will simply remove a few to suite my taste buds – it was really yummy and is on my list for the next trail coming up!

I had banished couscous from my trail menus for years, having always made it into pap or a consistency that lacked any enjoyment. So I tried the Trail Food couscous with trepidation… And after tasting it I immediately regretted not having ordered more to make up my weeks of dinners!
It’s utterly delicious. The spice blend is spot on, the texture is great, and I loved the crunch of the roasted nuts and dried fruits. Well done guys.

This is great! The flavour is good and it’s a good option for lunch or a light supper. I don’t usually eat onions, so I found the onion flavours quite strong, but it was still delicious. The vegetarian options of these meals have all been winners so far.

What I love about this one is the sweetness of the fruits and nuts mixed with savoury Moroccan spices. A staple on all my hikes.

This meal is just something else, it is bursting with flavours, it was quick to prepare and the mixed nuts & fruits to add afterwards is the Cherry on the cake. A must have meal
