This fragrant and flavourful couscous meal, inspired by a North African dish, is packed full of flavour.
We’ve added tender lamb, sautéed with aromatic spices and onions for a rich, savoury depth. Just rehydrate the couscous and lamb, then finish with a sprinkle of toasted nuts and sweet dried fruit for that classic North African contrast. Warm, satisfying, and bursting with texture — it’s a trail feast fit for a Berber king.
This meal is simple yet tasty and contains no preservatives, additives, or any other nasty gremlins. You can, however, also choose to boost your meal with some extra gourmet options such as chilli or garlic which come in small, additional sachets!
Each main meal also comes with a salt and pepper sachet inside the cook-in bag.
