Baba Ganoush
Smooth, Smoky Delicousness
Baba Ganoush
R50.00 – R70.00Price range: R50.00 through R70.00
If you’ve had Baba Ganoush before, you know exactly what goodness awaits. If you are new to this creamy, smoky eggplant dip of Lebanese descent, your tastebuds are in for an absolute treat!
The main ingredient is, of course, eggplant, which is low in calories and carbohydrates yet high in fibre. We’ve fire-grilled the eggplant for a subtle smoky flavour. This dip is healthy and low-fat and makes an excellent companion to our mini rotis. But try it with Antonia’s Onion Bread and you’ll be blown away!
If you feel like having something fresh, try dipping fresh crunchy carrots or green peppers in the Baba Ganoush. Or sprinkle some dehydrated veggies on top of the baba ganoush. You can thank us later 🙂
